Restaurant / Bar Restrictions Policy and Dress Code

Face control In keeping with its Elegance and Vibrance, The Collection is well known for adopting a policy of ‘Face Control’ via the Door Hosts and Security. We reserve the option to refuse entry to anyone we believe not befitting The Collection criteria! That said our Door Hosts are extremely friendly, and take pride in welcoming Regular and Returning Clientele and fully respect our pre-made reservations in a Polite Manner second to none!

Dress to impress. Chic elegant, or Cool! But no casual sports wear and large bags must be handed into cloakroom upon entry.

For Tables- although our hosts will always try to seat you in the Restaurant or Lounge, on busy days such as weekends it is best to make a reservation beforehand by calling 0207 225 1212 in the day or early evening

The Bar does not require reservations but as a general rule Mixed Groups are Priority and an entrance fee of £10 may be charged after 10pm on weekends

Restaurant Bookings- For Individual or small groups call Reception on 0207 225 1212 who will be happy to assist. Credit Card Reservations required for large group bookings and cancellation fees apply

Lounge Bookings- On quiet days see our hosts on site but on busier day’s pre-reservations is recommended. Each booth sits six people but seating can be added on several booths taken together. Lounges are bottle service together with a mouth-watering International Food Platter selection

Famous Days– New Years, Valentine’s and Halloween and weekends generally are particularly busy and pre-reservation only

Times- Bar and lounge open from 5pm with last entrance 11pm and the Restaurant from 7pm
